Your official notice didn't say anything about swapmeet. Will we be able to setup tarps/tables and sell? If so, what price to do so?

Clay-definetly bring your swap stuff! Swap spot is going to be $15, 5 bucks cheaper than last year.

steve- clover point would be cool, but not sure that would be allowed, as well as no washrooms, water, electricity ext... but we do need a location for a pancake breakfast asap or it will not happen. Paul, thatd be great if you could handle trohpies again, same classes as last year im pretty sure, ill double check my list though. valve cover track is NOT finished, but hopefully it will be soon (anyone wanna come over and lend a hand for a few more hours?) and get at least a few cars out. If anyone is able to talk to local shops re-sponsorship please let me know!!!

Does the cruise on Saturday leave the park at 3:30, or is that when people should arrive?

Leaves at 3:30. We usually get there around 3:00.

The Embassy Hotel is a great place located behind the Legislature on Menzies. They have an older 60s building beside their regular hotel that I think in many ways is better, and it's cheaper! Perhaps $119 per night versus $165 for the more modern building, but don't quote me on that. The thing is they don't advertise it and tend to hang onto it for groups, though single room users may apply. You need to ask them about it. And there's a nice pool and coin laundry.

I've got a spare room and couch if anyone needs it. I'm not exactly close to the action though.
