Did anybody find a set of black carpet Ghia floor mats after Volksfest?I think I might have slid them under the car for"Safe Keeping" and then drove over them and off home. Not the smartest thing I have ever done. Thanks Mike

I was going into the bar one night(long ago in my misspent youth)I had my toolbox in the back of my Landrover(1956 as I recall) and the roof had been removed for the good weather."I know!" I thought "I'll hide it under the truck where nobody will see it!" Nobody found it! I knew it was still there when I backed over it as I left the establishment later that night. That was fifty years ago.....haven't learned a damn thing. That was the same bar where I lost my wallet one night.I went back the next day to ask about it,not very hopeful. The bartender produced it from behind the bar and handed it to me.All the money was still there.I don't know who found it and handed it in,but it restored my faith in people. That was about the time I became a life-long tee-totaller. But I can still screw up sober!
