Hi, 1974 westy, 1.8 twin del 34s jetted for motor and 'work' done, higher lift cam, header exhaust to 'monza' twin exhaust...why does exhaust 'pop' under decel..Petronix in dizzy with VA? "spray WD 40 at all 'intake' places..nada change. is this just a characteristic of this setup? PM me at sydclarke@shaw.ca

These are the causes I've experienced with my bus over the years:

- Loose or missing exhaust stud
- Loose bolts on the muffler
- Timing is retarded
- Bad gas
