Looking for donor metal or leftover panels you never got around to using.
This ‘74 bus needs nearly all new lower metal, rockers, doglegs, rear quarters, B pillar, you get the idea. I have lots of welding in the near future.
As usual, let me know what you have & what you want for it.
Since I plan to replace the original interior, this will affect where I cut metal for utility hookups, vents, etc., so also looking for some leads on an earlier bay camper interior.

Thanks Paul. When I open everything up I'll have a better idea.
I took advantage of the cip1 May sale for a few bigger ticket pieces like the whole freaking nose and rear corners. The back area must have suffered a love tap at some point, and doing the magnet drag test & poking showed filler done (poorly) at some point.
The nose has numerous perforations with lots of attempts at sealing with various compounds, so patches aren't going to cut it. Better to cry once in this case.
It has the expected problem areas like dogleg & rocker rust, but also some weird rust spots too like lower inside lip of driver door and soft/bubbled spot on passenger side. Can probably patch the driver side but right side might be smart to get a better condition donor door or skin.
I'll have a better idea what I'm up against once I start to gut things and drop the engine/trans. Still gathering all the necessary tools to tackle this.
So that's the tetanus report for now. Looking waaaaay ahead, I'm thinking BRMs for this one, with a mild drop. The beam looks solid, (lots of grease preserved it?) should be a good candidate for adjusters.
