looking at restoring a 1967 VW bus and worried about the frame.

Can it be restored? Does anyone know who and where it can be done for a reasonable price on island?

is it through both sides?

there is so much surface rust, that if i were you, i'd mask /goggle up and wire wheel it to see for sure what's going on.

that's pretty heavy rust to just be in that spot.
