Working on it right now.....loved driving last summer into fall. Installing new gas tank/sending unit, tac., clock, new metal fuel lines, new horn, pedals, canopy, hinges, external oil filter, new air filter/cleaner......she'll be on the road by April (now if I could just find the time!!)

Update to the registry.... the green '65 that belonged to Josh now belongs to Eddie. Picture not really required, It's got Safari's now, and some new interior stuff.. otherwise looks the same.

Thanks buddy. Just cruised by the old Roundhouse in Esquimalt the other day and took some shots before the sun went down. Came out alright for a guy who knows nothing about cameras.

I have a tank that I got new from Bow Wow for my '63 and was never able to use it, as it just didn't quite fit (slight difference in the neck). By the time I went back, Bow Wow was no more. Never used - it is yours for FREE if you want to give it a try.

By the way, I should update and say that I sadly sold Moby Schmoo, the 23 window super deluxe '63 (Oct '62), this summer. He is living in Kelowna now with someone who can fix him up as he deserves. Going through VW withdrawals.
